Applying for an audition

Please complete our Application and Medical form and send with two recent photographs, one full length and the other a head and shoulders. These must be returned to us with an audition fee of £30 (non refundable) before your audition.

Apply for a printed prospectus to be sent to you by post, comes complete with application and medical forms.
