Dance Strength, Mobility and Techniques Ballet is the foundation for all dance disciplines and aims to develop your understanding of turn out, placement, stance, posture and line. It also gives you an understanding of the body and how to avoid injury. Tap will enable you to build on your vocabulary of steps, learn difficult and intricate combinations and develop a variety of rhythms and styles. Jazz will range from commercial street jazz for TV and pop videos to lyrical technical jazz. Technique is always of the utmost importance enabling you to dance with control, energy and dynamics.
